"Rosie and the Fork-Tailed Devil"

   The well known "Rosie the Riveter" from World War II is the subject of this watercolor portrait. It shows one of the many women who took up the slack in America's aircraft factories during the War working on a P-38 Lightning. This painting was entered in the Simuflite/Flying Magazine annual aviation art contest in the Fall of 2001.  The results: Winner of the AWAM award.
   A limited edition of 500 printed on 100% acid-free heavyweight stock. Original is not available. Size is 18"x 24" including a 1 1/2" white border. $49.95 + $7.50 shipping and handling.
